The price shown at checkout is the final amount. No further charges are added.

Order confirmation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.
Failed payment
If a payment cannot be completed the order is not dispatched and nothing is charged.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods back or your proof of postage, by the method agreed when the return is arranged.
Partial refunds
If part of an order is returned we refund that part. The standard delivery cost is refunded only if the whole order goes back.
Security
Payment data is transmitted over an encrypted connection.
We do not store your payment details on our servers.
