Cost of return postage
Paid by you. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover it.
Condition of goods
Items must be complete and fit for resale. We may reduce the refund if their value is diminished by handling beyond what is needed to check them.
Refund method
Refunds are issued by the method agreed when the return is arranged. No fee is charged for refunding.
Refund of outbound delivery
The standard delivery cost is refunded when the whole order goes back.
Faulty goods
Your statutory rights apply in addition to, and separately from, this cancellation right.
What cannot be returned
Hygiene-sealed items once the seal has been broken cannot be returned, for health-protection and hygiene reasons.
Goods made or configured to your specification, or clearly personalised.
Equipment and instruments in their original, unopened packaging can be returned as normal.
